On Saturday November 19, the city of Vincennes in France hosts the first edition of its Global Solidarity Forum. Public can participate to conferences and debates, and discover different exhibitions and projections – a nice way to talk about peace, democracy and human rights with all the associations attending the event.
What to expect: A Village of Associations (Coeur de ville) where Cartooning for Peace is holding a stand; the exhibition “Cartooning for Human Rights” inaugurated at 2pm by Plantu (Place Pierre Sémard) and a conference in which Plantu will discuss the links between editorial cartoons and international solidarity (Auditorium Jean Pierre Miquel, free entrance).
To learn more about the exhibition, discover an exclusive interview of Plantu (in french) and all the activities offered at the Forum, have a look at Vincennes Info magazine.
