Cartooning for Peace presents its brand new exhibition during the “Europe’s week” in the courtyard of the Capitole in Toulouse (France). By putting together cartoonists of different nationalities on European news, the exhibition aims to go beyond geographical and language boundaries to give a message of tolerance and hope for the future.
On the opening night, Belgian cartoonists Pierre Kroll and Nicolas Vadot as well as Portuguese Cristina Sampaio and French Jiho present a conference on the topic of “L’Europe d’hier et d’aujourd’hui” (Yesterday’s Europe and today’s).
