Cartooning for Peace is pleased to participate for the second time in the Cocobulles festival, an international multidisciplinary festival of press cartoons and comics, organised by the Tâche d’encre association, from 14 to 16 November 2019 in Treichville (Abidjan, Ivory Coast), as part of the European programme “Cartooning for Peace and Democracy”.
The association will present its exhibition “All Migrants!” and will lead educational workshops on press cartooning and awareness campaign with the press cartoonist Marto (Burkina Faso) at the festival but also in an art school. This year’s edition is devoted to migration and is entitled “awakening pencils against the nightmare of irregular migration”.
