Cartooning for Peace celebrates 30 years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child at the European Parliament (Brussels)

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, Cartooning for Peace is taking part in the event “Celebrating 30 years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child” organised by the European Parliament on the 20th of November.

The opportunity to present, during the side event on 21 November, the book “Child rights, now!“, published on the 3rd of October as part of the Cartooning for Peace-Gallimard collection, in partnership with Amnesty International.

The exhibition “Human Rights, still some way to go?” will also be on display from 20 to 22 November, and will be opened on 20 November at 6.15 p.m., in the presence of Fabio Castaldo, Vice-President of the Parliament, and Kak, President of Cartooning for Peace.
