La Fabrique de la Diplomatie is the largest event organised by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. Its aim is to address all current issues in international relations with those involved and to offer a behind-the-scenes look at diplomacy.
This event, which is free and open to the general public, is co-organised with Sorbonne Nouvelle University and takes place on the university’s campus in Paris, in the 12th arrondissement. It brings together diplomats, researchers, business leaders, NGO directors, artists, sportspeople, elected representatives, journalists, students and members of the public to discuss the major international challenges of the 21st century.
In partnership with France Médias Monde and Canal France International, Cartooning for Peace is taking part in this year’s event:
Kak, President of Cartooning for Peace, will be leading a workshop on Friday 4 September at 2.00 pm in room C202 (2nd floor): ‘Cartooning for Peace: diplomacy through editorial cartoons’.
In Room C202, two Cartooning for Peace exhibitions, created especially for the occasion thanks to the invaluable support of FMM and CFI, are on display to the public:
