War in Ukraine: the threat of a “dirty bomb”

We enter the 9th month of war… Since October 23, Moscow has accused Kiev of wanting to enter the “final phase” of the conflict and to prepare a “dirty bomb”, a non-conventional weapon never used, also called “radiological dispersion device”. Accusation that the Ukrainian president and his allies in Washington and Paris have immediately denied and rejected. They in turn denounce a manipulation of Russia to prepare a false flag attack and thus justify a new military escalation, while the Ukrainian counter-offensive progresses in the south of the country. The battle of Kherson is looming and looks decisive, to the point that more than 70,000 civilians have left the area in a week.
