On 17 May 1990, homosexuality was removed from the World Health Organization (WHO) list of mental illnesses. On this international day against homophobia and transphobia, the French Ministry of Culture and Cartooning for Peace join forces to highlight the plurality of international views and the commitment of cartoonists to fight discrimination against lesbian, gay, bi and trans people.
