The United States’ withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement, announced by President Trump in 2015, formalized this month and effective in November 2020, does not pass. Even Beijing and Moscow deplore it, that is to say!On the eve of COP 25 in Madrid from 2 to 13 December, the mobilisation of the younger generations, aware of the climate emergency and ready for greater economic restraint, is intensifying every day.
