NIZAR SIALA

Libya

Nizar Siala was born in Tripoli in 1970 and now lives in Nantes. He worked as a cartoonist for the newspaper Al Amela Net in the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Awareness and Media. In 2007, he took part in the exhibition event “With the brush” in the old city of Tripoli. In 2011, he presented the programme “Bruch of the Revolution”, for 15 episodes televised on Al-Assema TV. In 2012, he worked for the newspaper Al’Wajib published by the Ministry of Defence. Since then he has also drawn for local media and the Ministry of Culture.
