Born in 1943, Alain Dubouillon is a cartoonist from Lyon who published his first cartoon in 1966 in Paris Match. He then worked with Reiser in the pages of Tintin magazine for 3 years. In the 70s and 80s, he worked for the magazines Lui, Le Nouveau Candide, Adam, VSD, Elle and many other weeklies. The rest of his career was devoted to the local press in Lyon and the production of around thirty comic strips.
