 Press cartoonist since 1967, Stavro publishes in the Lebanese newspapers such as Ad Dabbour, La Revue du Liban and Al Balad and in newspapers around the world, including Jeune Afrique, L’Express, Le Monde, The Washington Times and so on. He has received numerous awards like The Caricature Trophy at the 4th Arab Media Festival in 2006 and the Arab Top Award of Excellence for his website stavrotoons.com. Stavro is also known for his talent as a photographer, in fact he founded Scoop, a magazine specialising in photography.

Débordant d’activité, Glez est dessinateur de presse, auteur du comic strip « Divine comedy », directeur de publication délégué de l’hebdomadaire « Journal du Jeudi », enseignant à l’Université de Ouagadougou et scénariste télé. Au delà de l’Afrique, ses dessins sont publiés dans une dizaine de pays et ont illustré plusieurs publications.
