In 2008, on the occasion of the celebration of the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Cartooning for Peace presents the exhibition “Permis de croquer”, displayed at the Historical Library of the City of Paris in 2008- 2009 and in Nimes in 2009.
The eponymous book “Permis de croquer – un tour du monde du dessin de presse” gives a cross-disciplinary view on press cartoons and presentes works of 26 artists from 18 countries.
