SIÉ

Sié began his career in 2004 as a daily cartoonist for La Dépêche du Midi. He subsequently expanded his collaborations to include local press (Le Journal Toulousain, Le Brigadier), online press (Rue 89), national press (Médiapart, Causette, Pélerin, Marianne, L’Huma Dimanche, etc.), youth publications (Okapi, Phosphore, Le Monde des ados, etc.) and satirical publications (Siné Mensuel, Urtikan, Zélium). Coming from a background in fanzines and alternative press, he had previously created the publishing house Six pieds sous terre and the magazine Jade, which left their mark on a generation, that of the Nouvelle Bande dessinée (New Comics). The author of several books, Sié now divides his work between satirical press and teen press.
