A cartoonist for as long as he can remember, it is nevertheless only since 2020, after a career in the audiovisual industry in France, England and the United States, that Truant has devoted himself once again to finding humor, distance, and questions in his drawings, to make people smile in order to make them think, which he publishes to his followers on social networks.
He now draws for digital media (Sans Doute, Narval, Les Repliques, The New Cartoonist, etc.), print media (CQFD, l’Age de Faire, Le Temps via Cartooning for Peace) and television (Arte), as well as doing live cartooning for various organisations.
