On November 6 – 7 -8, at the Council of Europe (Strasbourg), Cartooning for Peace is at the heart of the World Forum for Democracy, dedicated this year to information and democracy.
Cartoonists are key figures in the fight for freedom of expression and democracy. Often threatened, they sometimes become true defenders of rights at their own expense. It is therefore important to make their voices heard.
37 cartoonists from all over the world will take part in the debates and will bring their talents to this edition of the Forum with a rich programme.
