On May, 3 2007, on the occasion of 2007 World Freedom of the Press Day, cartoonists present the project of Cartooning for Peace on freedom of expression to members of the European Parliament sub-Committee on Human Rights.
The debate is about « Cartoonists : what boundaries should be set ? ». Are there limits to freedom of expression ? Should they be enshrined in the legislation ? Should cartoonists practice self-censorship ?
