Its main objective was to improve the legal protection of press cartoonists and thus contribute to an environment of free, plural and quality information for citizens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2022-2023, Cartooning for Peace benefits for the second time from the support of the GMDF and will launch a project on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartooningforpeace.org\/en\/projects\/\">&#8220;Strengthening legal support for press cartoonists in the digital world&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cartooning for Peace has published an updated version of the Practical Guide to Protecting Cartoonists, first published in 2019, for the benefit of all cartoonists worldwide.
