This prize is &#8220;<em>a reminder that cartoonists&#8217; work, as humorists, <\/em><\/span><em><span title=\"'est de faire rire. M\u00eame si certains l'ont pay\u00e9 de leur vie, il ne faut pas penser que les dessinateurs d'humour sont devenus du jour au lendemain des gens graves. \u00ab Sentinelles de la libert\u00e9 d'expression \u00bb, pourquoi pas\">is to make people laugh. Cartoonist profession has been hurt, some of them paid for freedom of speech with the prize of their life, but cartoons have to remain funny. Cartoonists are the &#8220;Foot soldiers of freedom of expression&#8221; b<\/span><\/em><span title=\"\u2026 Mais humoristes avant tout !&quot; \"><em>ut they are still humorists!<\/em>&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nadia Khiari is the creator of the character of Willis From Tunis, an audacious and impertinent cat who chronicles Tunisian society since Ben Ali&#8217;s flee.
