On Monday evening, 22nd May, at the end of Ariana Grande’s concert in Manchester Arena, the largest indoor arena in the city, a 22-year-old terrorist detonated a homemade bomb, killing 22 people and injuring more than 60 people. This attack is the largest on British territory since 2005, and has similarities whit the Bataclan attack in November 2015: once again the youth – the youngest victim was 8 years old – and its lifestyles were attacked frontally.
The Islamic State organization claimed responsibility for the attack while the United Kingdom has raised the threat level to the highest possible rating.
