On October 10 in Ankara, a double bombing killed at least 97 people who were taking part in a peace rally organised by left-winged parties, unions and pro-Kurdish parties. The investigations focus on ISIS and Turks blame Turkish authorities for the mistakes that have been made at the security level -indeed the main suspects had been identified as potential threats. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu made a statement on how it is difficult to arrest suspects before they actually commit bombing.
